When Assignar was implemented, it took two weeks to completely onboard the workforce. Some elderly employees were initially resistant, but ultimately, the transition was easier than expected.

The implementation wasn’t as much of a big deal as we thought it would be.

Now, all workers use the Worker app and no longer need to come to the depot for paperwork. This mobility has allowed the company to open multiple depots at strategic locations as the business scales up.

With Assignar, Traffic Logistics can add another 1,000 workers without increasing overhead costs. Onboarding and managing compliance for the entire workforce has become very easy.

The main reason for implementing Assignar was safety. As the company grew quickly, consulting on safety issues became difficult and time-consuming.

Previously, conducting a toolbox talk over multiple locations with 350 workers could take weeks. With Assignar, toolbox talks are now conducted digitally, and all workers' signatures can be collected within half an hour instead of several weeks. Communication with the field is immediate, which is vital in the event of an incident. Information is received instantaneously, allowing the company to notify clients and take corrective actions immediately.
